Terms and Conditions – Villa Ayana (AYANA Beach House)
Welcome to Villa Ayana. By making a reservation with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a comfortable and tranquil experience for all our guests at our beachfront property in Vourvourou.
1. General Booking & Pricing Policy
- Pricing: All rates are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT.
- Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 4 nights applies to all reservations, whether for individual studios or the entire villa.
- Rental Types: The property can be reserved as individual independent studios (standard for 2 guests) or as a “Whole Villa” for exclusive use.
- Exclusive Use: When the entire property (all 6 studios) is reserved, the “WHOLE VILLA” rate applies as a fixed group rental price rather than the sum of individual studio rates.
2. Early Booking Campaign
- Discount: An Early Booking Discount of 10% is available off standard rates.
- Validity: This discount is valid only when the booking is confirmed within the specific terms of our Early Booking campaign.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: Guests may check in after 14:30.
- Check-out: Guests must check out until 12:00.
4. House Rules & Quiet Hours
To ensure the comfort and tranquility of all guests and to comply with Greek regulations, the following quiet hours must be respected:
- Afternoon Quiet Hours: 15:00 – 17:00.
- Nighttime Quiet Hours: 23:30 – 07:00.
- Guest Conduct: Villa Ayana is designed for guests seeking peace and comfort; please respect the property and other residents during your stay.
5. Cleaning and Service
- Standard Cleaning: Studio cleaning is provided every 3 days.
- Beach Towels: We provide a daily change of beach towels.
- Extra Services: Additional cleaning is available upon request for an additional charge.
6. Capacity and Occupancy
- Villa Capacity: The total capacity of the villa is up to 14 adults plus baby cots upon request.
- Studio Occupancy:
- Studios 101 & 102: Up to 3 adults plus a baby cot (on request).
- Studios 103, 104, 105, & 106: Designed for 2 adults.
- Baby Cots: Can be placed in Studios 101, 102, 104, and 106 upon request.
7. Amenities and Shared Areas
- Beach Area: Guests have access to a private beach area with sunbeds provided exclusively for villa guests.
- Garden & BBQ: Guests are welcome to use the landscaped garden, relaxation corners, shaded pergolas, and the BBQ with its outdoor dining area.
- Parking & EV Charging: Free parking and EV charging stations are available on-site.
- Kitchenettes: Every studio includes a kitchenette with a coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and toaster. Please note that Studios 101 and 102 do not include a hob.
- Welcome Treats: We provide a complimentary welcome treat upon arrival, as well as coffee capsules, water, and refreshing drinks during the day.
8. Responsibility and Damages
- Guests are responsible for the proper use of all equipment, including A/C, washing machines, and kitchen appliances provided in the studios.
- Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported and may result in additional charges.
